On Tuesday June 6th we are inviting all current 4th-12th graders to join us on a trip to Typhoon Texas. The cost of the trip is $45 which will cover your students ticket and lunch for the day. If your student wants to buy souvenirs or snacks they will need to pay with their own money. On Friday June 2nd we will be watching the premiere of Spiderman: Across The Spiderverse. We can begin sitting in the theater at 5:30 with the movie starting at 6:00. Please arrive at AMC in Stafford at 5:15 so you can buy your snacks and head to get a seat. The cost is $15 which covers your ticket, please bring extra money for snacks. It's the most wonderful time of the year! Please join us for our annual Sugar Grove Youth Christmas Party on Friday December 16th. Starting at 6:00pm we will have dinner and compete in a gingerbread house building contest! After a winner is crowned we will head to the Sugar Land Holiday Lights where we will hang out there until 8:00pm with the goal of being back to the church at 8:30pm. Immediately following service on Sunday October 30th we are inviting all of our congregation and members of the surrounding community to our 2nd annual trunk or treat event from 11am-1pm! Come dressed in costume and get some candy from our decorated cars. We will also have lunch provided, bounce houses to be enjoyed and other activities that are fun for the whole family! The boys of Sugar Grove Youth are invited to join us for our small group event! We will be going to dinner at 5pm and then going to Battlefield Houston for an hour of Laser Tag! The youth group will cover the cost of the laser tag but we are asking everyone to pay $15 for dinner beforehand. The plan is to meet at the church at 4:30pm and be back by 7:30pm. The girls of Sugar Grove Youth are invited to join us for our small group event! We will be having a "picnic" lunch (Taco Bell per the students request) at The Meadows Park at 12pm and then go to Seismique Immersive Experience! The youth group will cover the cost of Seismique but we are asking everyone to pay $10 to cover lunch beforehand. CALLING ALL CHEFS. Chopped is back with a new flavor…. PIZZA! Teens will be split up into teams where they will be in charge of making the best personal pan for our panel of judges.
