Bible Classes

Immediately following our Sunday Service at 9:30am we invite all of our congregants to a Bible Class of their choosing. We offer classes in our Kids Grove Wing for Ages birth to 3rd grade. Our Live Wires (4th-5th graders) meet in their room for class. Lastly, our Youth Group (6th-12th grade) meet in their room. Here are the adult classes that are offered.

The Parable of Jesus (Rooms 307 - 308)- Jesus often used captivating stories to communicate eternal truths. All are invited to join us as we dive into these timeless stories, and the truths they reveal about God, this world, and ourselves.

Wisdom Literature Bible Class (Room 314)- There are three books of the Bible that are known as the Bible's wisdom literature—Proverbs, Job, and Ecclesiastes. They reveal the collected wisdom of generations of godly people and invite us to consider the complexity and simplicity of living wisely. Each of these books explores the same basic theme and question: what does it mean to live a good life?

Family Bible Class (Room 304)- A Bible Class is a great way to get to know people, making new friends or growing an even deeper relationship with those you already know. We’d love for you to join us for a laid back, interactive conversation centered around the Bible, Jesus, and doing life in 2022. Whether you’re a scholar or a newbie, you are invited and will fit right in!

We hope that you can join us!

Our Live Wires (4th-5th graders) meet in their room for class. Lastly, our Youth Group (6th-12th grade) meet in their room. Here are the adult classes that are offered.

The Trinity Bible Class (Room 308)- In John 15:26, Jesus says: “But I will send you the Advocate—the Spirit of truth. He will come to you from the Father and will testify all about me.” A fundamental doctrine of Christian theology is that God is a triune God – Father, Son, Holy Spirit – three in one, the Trinity. This idea permeates our Christian language, but what does it mean? Join us as we explore what the Bible and Christian history teaches us about the Trinity.
