How good and pleasant it is when God’s people live together in unity!


Dear Sugar Grove Family,

The beauty of the Spirit's unity is indeed present at Sugar Grove. God is so graciously flowing His love through us as we look to celebrating His unity this Sunday. Along with finalizing our collection of goods to share with our neighbors and enjoying fellowship with one another at our potluck dinner, we also will be recognizing and praying over the precious souls that will be serving on our Minister Search Team. The Minister Search Team members are: Andrew Lee, Andy Dunham, Casey Toy, Chris Garcia, Cynthia Smith, Darlene Willis, Eli Aguilar, Kevin Barnett, Sean McCoy, and Wanda Reves.

Please be praying for these brothers and sisters as they have humbly and sacrificially responded to this call to serve our Sugar Grove family. They will be meeting, organizing, communicating, interviewing potential candidates, and making a recommendation to the Elders, following the process provided by the Siburt Institute for Church Ministry. The Elders are so grateful for this team and we understand that this is an awesome task set before them. The Minister Search Team and Elders together want to engage you, our Sugar Grove family, in every step along the way because we will need your prayers and support.

God has gifted each one of us so that we may build up the Body. As we each do our part, the Unity of the Spirit will shine bright. Whether it is extending the invitation of Jesus to all people or searching for the next minister to join our family.  Everyone will know we are followers of Jesus by our love.
